Eligibility for Returns

1.       Perishable Items:

o    Returns or refunds are accepted for damaged, spoiled, or incorrect perishable items (e.g., fruits, vegetables, dairy).

o    Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

2.       Non-Perishable Items:

o    Returns are accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect non-perishable items (e.g., packaged goods, household items).

o    Claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

3.       Unopened Items:

o    Unused and unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Returns

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt) is required.
  • The product must be in its original condition, unused, and unwashed (if applicable).
  • Items marked as "Non-Returnable" on the product page cannot be returned.
