Direct2Home.shop– Online Grocery & Household Store

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using https://direct2home.shop or placing any order. By accessing the website, mobile site, or app and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General

• Direct2Home.shop is operated by KRISHNA STORE Limited Liability Company, a business registered in Hungary.
• These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the platform.
• We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with the updated date.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or ordering under the supervision of a parent/guardian to place an order.

3. Products & Pricing

• All products are subject to availability.
• Prices are inclusive of VAT as displayed.
• We try our best to show accurate product images, descriptions, and prices, but errors can happen. We reserve the right to correct any pricing mistake and cancel/refund affected orders.
• Some fruits, vegetables, and fresh items are sold by weight. Final billed weight may slightly differ from the ordered weight. You will be charged for the actual weight packed.

4. Orders & Delivery

• Orders are accepted only within our delivery zones in  5km Radius of Budapest from our shop.
• Delivery time slots are estimates only. We are not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.
• A minimum order value may apply (displayed at checkout).
• Someone above 18 years must be present to receive the order. Our delivery partner may ask for ID proof in case of age-restricted items (e.g., tobacco, alcohol – if sold).
• If you are not available, the order may be cancelled and a restocking/delivery fee may be charged.

5. Substitution & Out-of-Stock Items

• If an item is out of stock, we may substitute it with a similar product of equal or higher value at no extra cost (only if you have allowed substitution during checkout).
• You can choose “No substitution” – in that case, missing items will be refunded.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

By Customer

• You can cancel before the order is packed (usually within 10–15 minutes).
• After packing starts, cancellation is not allowed.

By Direct2Home We may cancel an order if:

• Product is out of stock and no substitute is acceptable
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity
• Force majeure events (strikes, riots, natural disasters, etc.)

Refund Process

• Refunds for cancelled/missing/returned items will be processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method.
• Cash-on-delivery refunds will be made via cash refund.

7. Returns & Replacements

• Perishable items (fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat, bakery) cannot be returned unless damaged/spoilt at delivery time.
• Non-perishable items can be returned within 24 hours if sealed pack is damaged or wrong item delivered.
• Take photos of damaged/spoilt items and inform us immediately via WhatsApp or email.

8. Payments

• We accept Cards, Net Banking and Cash on Delivery.
• You agree to provide correct payment information.
• Any fraudulent transaction will be reported to the authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Direct2Home.shop(logos, images, text) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or use it without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Budapest.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, war, pandemic, government restrictions, etc.).
